OUTLOOK Events are one of a few communications agencies who are compliant with the sustainability standard BS8901, the first industry specific sustainability event management system.
Guided by the BSI standard which is a ‘Specification for a sustainability management system for sustainable events’ we plan to implement a way of working, building on our existing sustainable practices, to create a management system for each event which considers not only environmental impacts but economical and social impacts too – all 3 issues at the fore front of society today.
We are delighted to announce that we are now BS8901 self certified and we are currently working with carefully selected clients to ensure we become an industry leader in sustainable event management in 2011.
BS8901 is the new British Standard which has been developed specifically for the events industry with a purpose of helping the industry to operate in
